Luke Harper comes down on WWE for not giving him credit for elimination

WWE is usually the authority on their own history and pretty good at keeping up with it unless itโ€™s something they want to change. After all, when a comment was made about the Paige sextape to Xavier Woods on last nightโ€™s episode of SmackDown Live during their rap battle WWE was pretty quick to erase that from their tape library. But it looks like WWE might have committed another faux pas on last nightโ€™s episode of SmackDown Live and they didnโ€™t even realize it.

Last nightโ€™s SmackDown Live ended in an Independence Day Battle Royal where a number of superstars fought for the chance to face Kevin Owens for the United States Championship at Battleground.

During the match there were plenty of people eliminated and tons of spots to go around. But WWE tweeted out an error when they said Mojo Rawley eliminated Konnor of The Ascension. WWEโ€™s Twitter account might have given credit of the elimination to Mojo Rawley but the man who really eliminated Konnor noticed and said something about it.

Luke Harper thought this was a pretty glaring omission and felt slighted. After all he doesnโ€™t get many chances to show what he can do anymore for some reason. Being a big man with Bruiser Brody caliber talent isnโ€™t helping him win any favors with management and thatโ€™s a real puzzler. This is certainly a shame and weโ€™re not the only ones who notice this fact as Daniel Bryan agrees.

Luke Harper was actually the guy who eliminated Konnor and the former Wyatt Family heavy-hitter wanted to make that point very clear. Of course this isnโ€™t the first time WWEโ€™s social media crew has made a mistake and it probably wonโ€™t be the last because theyโ€™re just people like you and me and people make mistakes.

But Luke Harper thought it was enough for him to comment and he doesnโ€™t want anyone to forget his name while weโ€™re at it.

This is a nice change from Harperโ€™s usual Twitter activity of simply logging in everyday to remind us what day it is.
