Although Global Force Wrestling has been steadfast with their statements on ownership of the Broken Hardy trademarks, Matt Hardy sent out an interesting tweet in regards to Senor Benjamin (Reby Hardy’s father), Maxel Hardy, and Scribe. Hardy noted that they did not sign releases that would allow TNA/GFW to use their likeness in any media, including their TV show.
I’m not sure if this means that The Hardys are planning on continuing the legal fight against GFW but his tweet is interesting.
FUN FACT-Benjamin, Maxel & Scribe weren't paid & DID NOT sign releases from TNA/GFW to allow their images to be aired on ANY media, esp TV. pic.twitter.com/W8fVhpKehk

On Tuesday, Hardy said that Brother Nero would now be referred to as Tio Nero (Uncle Nero). For those of you that don’t know, Nero is Jeff Hardy’s middle name.
