David Otunga has been cleared and there will be no charges filed in relation to the domestic violence allegations from Jennifer Hudson. The news was first reported by TMZ.
Otunga was under investigation for domestic battery after an alleged incident in November. Hudson claimed that Otunga was angry and grabbed her by the hand and then shoved her out of the bedroom. A police report was filed with the police in Burr Ridge, IL. but the investigation is done and it’s “case closed.”
Otunga always maintained that the allegations made by Hudson were false. In late November, he was granted primary custody of 8-year-old son David, Jr. Otunga and Hudson split up several months ago.
