A great Superstar doesn’t stay the same throughout their WWE career. It takes changing with the times to really make a character evolve and come into their own, just ask The Undertaker who has experienced several updates to his iconic character.
The Great War is over because Matt Hardy DELETED Bray Wyat during the Ultimate Deletion on Raw this week.
“So I guess [Bray Wyatt is] gonna come back different,” Dave Meltzer said on Wrestling Observer Radio.
“Time for a repackaging if you ask me,” Bryan Alvarez said concerning Wyatt.
“I think it’s 9 months past time, maybe a year past time for a repackaging,” Meltzer confirmed.
Bryan Alvarez then made a quip saying, “hopefully he doesn’t come back as Husky Harris” and although Meltzer replied: “I’m pretty sure he won’t” the idea of Bray Wyatt needing a refresher to his character is still quite evident.
It’s been a long time since Bray Wyatt emerged alongside Harper and Rowan and since his former Wyatt Family brethren have been repackaged as The Bludgeon Brothers and Braun Strowman certainly came into his own as well, possibly it is time for Bray Wyatt to do the same.
Only time will tell, but it certainly appears the WWE Universe could be treated to a new version of Bray Wyatt soon enough.
