WWE has announced that Shinsuke Nakamura will defend the United States Championship against Jeff Hardy at SummerSlam.
It looks like this match might end up as a Triple Threat Match because Randy Orton has been attacking Hardy in recent weeks. It will also be interesting to see what is next for Hardy after the pay-per-view because it’s well-known that he is beaten up and probably needs some time off. Shortly after the Extreme Rules pay-per-view, Matt Hardy hinted that it might be time for The Hardys to move on. In recent days, Matt has hinted at retirement.
