As we’ve previously noted, September 1st’s “All In” pay-per-view (PPV) will feature a pre-show on WGN entitled “All In: Zero Hour.”
One of the matches on the Zero Hour pre-show will be the Over The Budget Battle Royale, which features 15 competitors. So far Jordynne Grace, Moose, Rocky Romero, Colt Cabana and Ethan Page have been confirmed for the match. More names are expected to be revealed for the bout in the coming months. It looks like the Over The Budget Battle Royale isn’t just a random match thrown together to fill the card.
Ring Of Honor World Champion Jay Lethal took to Twitter and shed some light on the situation. He confirmed the winner of the bout would get a shot at his ROH Title later in the night in a one-on-one match on the PPV:

Tell you what, since I’m a fighting champ who believes in Opportunities for all. How about I give the winner a Shot at the ROH world title! https://t.co/oQkL39C7NF
