As seen on this week’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw in Memphis, TN at the FedExForum on the USA Network, WWE had Alexa Bliss make a big announcement as well as unveil the Women’s Tag Team Titles.
Bliss’ big announcement was the way that the company will crown its first champions at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view event that takes place on February 17, 2019, at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. This show will air on the WWE Network, which is the promotion’s streaming service. This will be the post-Royal Rumble PPV event as the company continues the road to WrestleMania 35.
Three teams from Raw and three teams from SmackDown Live will compete inside the Elimination Chamber structure to crown the new champions. Several WWE stars have reacted to the announcement by taking to social media.
