Impact Wrestling has shared another teaser commercial for its Slammiversary pay-per-view event.
Now, the promotion is teasing that not only is a former World Heavyweight Champion slated to appear, but also this wrestler won’t be alone. In the video, some new faces were shown.
As a result, it has caused speculation that another former WWE star will be joining the former champion in the promotion. Impact had previously teased the likes of Kurt Angle, Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson, EC3, and Eric Young appearing at the show.
The latest video shows the likes of James Storm, Bully Ray, Chris Sabin, Curt Hawkins, Shane Helms, Gail Kim, Velvet Sky, Angelina Love, and Mike and Maria Kanellis.
It should be noted that Ray is no longer under contract with ROH and was shown twice in the video. There’s still no word yet on who Impact Wrestling plans to bring back at this show. Hawkins and the Kanellis’ are interesting names that have yet to find landing spots.

Those let go by WWE in April are under non-compete deals until July 15th. They can sign with any promotion including Impact once this date passes.
