WWE previously announced a non-title match for Monday Night Raw between Xavier Woods and WWE Champion Bobby Lashley.
However, a commercial aired on Friday Night SmackDown where it was noted that the bout has been changed to a tag team match as MVP will be returning to the ring when he teams with Lashley against Kofi Kingston and Woods.
On Saturday, Lashley sent out a tweet to promote Raw, but forgot that WWE made a change to the match so he was still plugging the singles match when he wrote, “It’s a shame when people don’t learn their lesson. What happens to @AustinCreedWins is on you, @TrueKofi! Fisted hand #WWERaw.”
Woods took to Twitter this morning to have some fun at the expense of Lashley by writing the following:
“I see you don’t check Twitter daily to find out what matches you have on Mondays @fightbobby. The internet said it’s a tag match now so Monday you’ll be kicked in the face by not one but both of us.”
