WWE has started to announce some things for tonight’s episode of SmackDown as the preview article is now live on WWE’s website.
King Nakamura and Rick Boogs vs. Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode in a tag team match has been booked. Just last week, Nakamura and Boogs scored a win over Apollo Crews and Azeez.
Also, WWE Universal Roman Reigns will have a Championship Celebration following his big win over John Cena at last Saturday’s SummerSlam pay-per-view event. Post-match, Brock Lesnar made his return after being away since WrestleMania 36.
Earlier this week, WWE confirmed that newly crowned SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch will appear on this show after making her return at SummerSlam to beat Bianca Belair for the title.
In the same advertisement that aired during Raw announcing Lynch, it was teased Brock Lesnar would appear on SmackDown. WWE has yet to announce him for the show, but he could interrupt Reigns’ celebration.
