Impact Wrestling Tag Team Champion/former WWE star is trending on Twitter for his response to the news about the mass text that WWE sent out after the passing of Daffney.
As noted earlier, WWE sent a text to their talent to remind them that mental health services are available at no cost to them. This was sent out after news broke that Shannon “Daffney” Spruill passed away on Wednesday night after an apparent suicide.
“They suck bro,” Anderson said on Twitter in response to the news about WWE’s mass text message.
In response to a fan who said that he deleted his tweet, Anderson doubled down and said, “Not deleted DONT care. They suck. See ya.”
Anderson, in response to a comment about his marriage, said the following to another Twitter user: “This is why I hate MARKS..Don’t ask me for a f**king picture it’s because of this #Mark”
Another fan tweeted, “Could you imagine being tied to AJ Styles and still not being able to get over? And then staying mad for this long over them cutting their losses?” Anderson replied, “Talk to me in person.”
Another fan sent the following tweet: “Dude, you’re the biggest mark. I keep saying it over and over. You’re a special kind of idiot. You keep proving it. Don’t get how you have friends in high places. You must keep your kneepads on 24/7.” Anderson responded, “We will meet someday.”
Not all of his tweets were combative. He also posted the following for anyone needing mental help services: “I love you all ..National Suicide Prevention Hotline: 1-800-273-8255”

Another tweet that garnered a lot of attention was the one where he took a shot at WWE NXT losing the war to AEW Dynamite. Anderson tweeted, “What happened to The Wednesday wars [tears of joy emoji] F–k they gave up quick”
Anderson also responded to a fan who was having his own mental health issues. Anderson tweeted, “Hey bud. Please take some deep breaths and chill out man. I’m here for you. We have you back. Deep breath. Let’s take it easy ok….Dm me”
Anderson and his tag team partner Doc Gallows worked for WWE for 4 years and were released last year as part of the company budget cuts shortly after they signed big money deals to stay with them for several years.
Whether you agree or disagree with Anderson or how he went about things on social media, the fact is that many former WWE stars have gone on record about the mental stress they have endured while working there and some will roll their eyes at WWE sending out a mess text message after Daffney’s passing. While some will say that the company is trying to be helpful, others would argue that they only step in to help their talent to avoid a public relations disaster.
You can read some of the tweets about Anderson and from Anderson below.
Karl Anderson hasn't gone the best way about it but he’s obviously upset that generally, WWE has a detrimental effect on mental health among talent. WWE only sends emails like this when a situation arises where they fear bad publicity. Like different from the wellness policy.
