WWE is attempting to distance itself from Vince McMahon following the horrific allegations made against him.
This comes after the sex trafficking lawsuit that was filed against McMahon that alleged McMahon was involved in sex trafficking, sharing nude photos and explicit videos of Janel Grant without consent, and other things from the former WWE employee.
The game is available across Steam, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series S/X. There are standard, deluxe, and cross-gen digital editions, and the standard will be released this Friday. There’s also a WWE 2K24 Fory Years of WrestleMania edition.
Fans have started to play early editions of the game and noted that McMahon has been blurred out in some WWE 2K24 Showcase cutscenes.
It should be noted that not all of the scenes have him blurred out. McMahon was also removed from the WWE 2K24 roster.
