As noted earlier, Rafael Morffi is leaving All Elite Wrestling and he will be start working soon in a high-level position at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY. Another very important name for the company is also finishing up soon.
Sean Ross Sapp and Raj Giri reported today that AEW’s Chief Marketing and Merchandising Officer Dana Massie is finishing up. Just like Rafael Morffi, she’s been with the company since the early days. Massie was there selling merchandise at their Las Vegas press event long before they ran their first event.
No word yet on why she’s exiting the company but clearly, she was very valuable to AEW. At this point, there’s no word on who will be stepping into her role. Massie is the wife of Matt Jackson from The Young Bucks tag team.
