As seen tonight at WWE Payback, Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus opened the pay-per-view with their Steel Cage match.
The match was well received by the fans on social media and at the arena and it was so good that Michael Cole said that is a match of the year candidate. After the match Trish slapped Zoey Stark and then Trish got knocked out.
While not confirmed, this came across as Trish’s swan song with the company at least for now. What was not shown was that fans chanted “Thank You Trish” as they aired some videos for the fans at home. See below to see the fan thanking Trish after the match.
