SPOILER: WWE SmackDown plans for Kurt Angle with Attitude Era throwback

WWE is bringing in Hall Of Famer Kurt Angle for tonight’s SmackDown in what is being advertised as the company celebrating his birthday in his hometown of Pittsburgh, PA.

Fightful Select reports that “a ton of milk, a giant cake, and a milk truck were all planned” for the segment.

This is a throwback to one of Angle’s most iconic moments in his pro wrestling career when he brought out a milk truck to spray down Steve Austin, Vince McMahon, and wrestlers part of The Alliance in 2001 during an episode of Raw. You can check out that segment below.

Also, an Intercontinental Title contract signing was planned as of Thursday for the show as Ricochet has earned a title bout against current IC Champion Gunther on the December 16th edition of SmackDown.

Much of tonight’s creative was done by Thursday evening for SmackDown. Also announced for the show includes Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos vs. Butch & Sheamus and Shayna Baszler vs. Shotzi.
