Another injured WWE star returning to action soon

WWE NXT star Tiffany Stratton is reportedly set to make a return soon.

She has been out of action since August due to an injury. In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that Stratton “will be returning in a few weeks.” The reason for Stratton being ruled out of action was a head injury.

As previously reported on Thursday, a Raw star is also slated to make their return soon after being sidelined for a few months after undergoing surgery. For more on that, click here.

Stratton’s last match happened on August 23 in a Lights Out match against Wendy Choo, who went over. Since then, Choo worked a Main Event taping where she beat Tamina, which indicates that WWE officials wanted to take a look at her on the main roster in front of a bigger crowd.

Before her recent injury absence, Stratton was making progress and being booked solid on television as the company continues to look for new challengers for NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose.
