Bobby Lashley wants to reunite The Hurt Business at some point in WWE

Despite finding success during the pandemic era, WWE broke up The Hurt Business (Bobby Lashley, MVP, Cedric Alexander, and Shelton Benjamin) in early 2021. They kept Lashley and MVP together as MVP would be the manager of Lashley, who was pushed as a top star.

MVP sided with Omos, who began feuding with Lashley, earlier this year.

While speaking on Busted Open Radio, Lashley was asked about being positioned as one of the top acts on Raw, and he put over the roster that WWE has right now. He said that’s what made him excited about winning the United States Title. He praised various wrestlers before noting that he hopes to get the group back together.

“Some of my closest friends, even favorites, the Hurt Business. MVP is there with Omos. Shelton Benjamin is still doing his stuff. Cedric is there. I’d like to bring that group back together at some point in time.”

Lashley is no longer the WWE United States Champion as he dropped the title to Seth Rollins after he was attacked by Brock Lesnar on Monday’s WWE Raw.
