AEW Full Gear Results: Konosuke Takeshita Retains International Championship

AEW International Champion Konosuke Takeshita vs. Ricochet took place at the AEW Full Gear pay-per-view event from the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ.

Takeshita worked over the back of Ricochet. He tried to mount a comeback, but Takeshita pushed him off the top rope. Ricochet caught him with a roll through drop kick and a spring board back elbow. Ricochet with a head kick that sent Takeshita to the floor and hit an outside dive. Back in the ring, Ricochet hit a spring board dive for 2. Takeshita fired back with a blue thunder bomb. Takeshita with a running knee strike for 2. Ricochet with the poisonranna and then went to the top rope where he hit a shooting star press for 2. Ricochet with a tombstone for 2. Ricochet went to the top rope and Takeshita knocked him down. Takeshita with a superplex for the win.

Winner: Konosuke Takeshita
