SPOILER: Ric Flair Recently Filmed An Appearance For Future WWE Project

WWE has brought in Ric Flair for the forthcoming “WWE LFG” series for A&E. WWE has been taping matches for the show at weekly NXT TV events at the Performance Center.

The title LFG stands for “Legends & Future Greats” and will follow a format similar to that of Tough Enough. The show is about aspiring pro wrestlers competing for a WWE contract while receiving guidance from iconic legends such as Triple H, The Undertaker, and Shawn Michaels.

Contestants will undergo training, participate in weekly matches, and learn the behind-the-scenes aspects of the wrestling business. Celebrated stars, including Booker T, Mickie James, and Bubba Ray Dudley, will provide mentorship. It will air later this year.

PWInsider.com reports Flair filmed an appearance that will be included in the show earlier this month. The segment was also filmed at the PC.

As previously noted, Flair is no longer under contract with AEW. It’s unclear whether Flair is under a Legends deal with WWE.
