Three WWE Superstars commemorated their recent trip to Japan for the company’s live event tour by getting matching tattoos. CM Punk, Rhea Ripley, and Raquel Rodriguez all got inked together before heading back to the United States following the shows on October 17 and 18. The tour itself was notable, headlined by what was potentially AJ Styles’ final match in Japan ahead of his planned 2026 retirement.
Bonding on the Japan Tour
Punk, Ripley, and Rodriguez worked closely together during the two SuperShow events in Tokyo. On the first night, Punk, Ripley, and IYO SKY united to take out Dominik Mysterio. On the second night, Ripley and Rodriguez were both involved in a fatal four-way match for the WWE Women’s World Championship, competing against IYO SKY and the champion, Stephanie Vaquer. It was during this second night’s match that Ripley reportedly suffered a broken nose.
Matching Ink
Before departing Japan, the trio decided to get matching tattoos to remember the trip. They shared images of their new, identical ink on social media, showcasing the bond formed during the tour. This isn’t the first time Ripley has gotten matching tattoos with fellow WWE stars; she previously got matching ink with her Judgment Day stablemates Dominik Mysterio and Damian Priest during WWE’s trip to Puerto Rico for Backlash in 2023.
While Rhea Ripley recovers from her broken nose, her status for upcoming events, including Saturday Night’s Main Event on November 1, remains uncertain.
