CM Punk was interviewed today for Red Eye Chicago and talked about a painting project he’s doing to commemorate Kerry Wood’s 20 strikeout game in 1998. Punk was asked what it’s like to be retired at 35 years old. He said it feels good and it’s a lot eaasier when he’s hooked up with the Cubs organizations and gets to be friends with peopl eon the team. He said that he gets to do fun stuff like bowling and playing whiffle ball with Bill Murray.
Punk also talked about being a lifelong Cubs fan and the Chicago Blackhawks.
