AEW Full Gear Results: Mercedes Mone Retains TBS Title

AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Mone vs. Kris Statlander took place at the AEW Full Gear pay-per-view event from the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ.

They went back and forth until Mone connected with a hurricanronna to the floor. Back in the ring, Mone hit a neck breaker counter. The crowed was dead. Mone with a sunset flip powerbomb in the corner. Mone went for a dive off the top rope, but caught and tossed into the corner. Statlander with a powerslam and a running knee strike to the side of the head. Kris with a chaos theory suplex for 2. Mone with the back stabber. Kris with a clothesline for 2. Kris sold her knee and missed the 450 splash. Mone immediately went after the right knee. Mone went over with her finisher.

Winner: Mone
