AEW has started to announce new things for tonight’s highly anticipated episode of Dynamite as Interim AEW Women’s Champion Toni Storm vs. Penelope Ford will take place in a Championship Eliminator match. If Ford gets the win, then she will earn a title bout.
AEW originally planned for Thunder Rosa to defend the AEW Women’s Title against Storm at All Out, but she had to pull out of it due to a back injury. As a result, AEW booked Britt Baker, Jamie Hayter, Hikaru Shida, and Storm in a four-way to determine an Interim AEW Women’s World Champion, with Storm coming out on top.
After her win at #AEWAllOut, new #AEW Interim Women’s Champion #ToniStorm will battle @thePenelopeFord TONIGHT in a Championship Eliminator match, in which Penelope can earn a future title shot with a win tonight!
