Hangman Adam Page vs. Kenny Omega not happening at AEW All Out

Dave Meltzer reported in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the much-anticipated Hangman Adam Page vs. Kenny Omega match for the AEW World Championship is not happening at the All Out pay-per-view.

This past Wednesday on AEW Dynamite, Hangman’s team was unable to defeat Omega’s team and, per the stipulation, Page gives up his title shot. However, there were still many fans thinking that perhaps there was another route to getting the title shot and AEW would pull back on the stipulation. Meltzer confirmed that Page will indeed not get the shot at All Out.

Meltzer added that Page vs. Omega was the plan but plans changed and the 10-man tag match was designed to shock people. Presumably, they will get to Page vs. Omega at some point though.

On TV, AEW has been teasing that Christian Cage will be getting a title shot soon but it’s not clear if that will happen on a future Dynamite/Rampage or on pay-per-view. Eddie Kingston has also been teased for a future title shot against Omega.
