Kenny Omega was active on social media in recent days as he previously lashed out at negative fans making comments about the AEW women’s division despite current Women’s Champion Britt Baker being one of their biggest stars.
One troll decided to tell the former AEW World Heavyweight Champion that he needs to retire from pro wrestling and said he will never be as good as Universal Champion Roman Reigns.
The fan wrote, “Retire you’ll never be as good as the tribal chief sadly”
Omega responded with, “*compares notes* Actually I think I’ll be quite fine.”
The top AEW star is currently on the sidelines due to injuries that need to be surgically repaired. He’s been away since November after dropping the World Title to Adam Page at the Full Gear pay-per-view event. On the flip side, Reigns is expected to make his next defense as Universal Champion against Seth Rollins at the Royal Rumble.
