Did you ever think you’d see current WWE Superstars reacting to news about another wrestling promotion? It hasn’t happened much in recent years but it seems to be a frequent thing these days with AEW in the picture as a potential major competitor.
As you can see below, in screenshots captured by Ryan Satin, Chris Jericho posted a photo of himself face-to-face with Kenny Omega from the AEW Double Or Nothing ticket party in Las Vegas.
WWE stars such as Lana, Sasha Banks, Nikki Bella and others commented on the news under Jericho’s post. We’ve heard from others in WWE and everyone is happy to see what AEW is doing. Whether WWE likes it or not, competition is good for the wrestling business and it looks like AEW is doing all of the right things so far to prove that they are serious about being a major competitor.
