AEW President Tony Khan will be back on tonight’s episode of Dynamite with another major announcement.
There has been speculation for the last few days regarding what it could be about. Some have speculated that it could be about holding an event in London, something he has talked about in the past wanting to do. There’s no solid indication about what it could be.
Khan’s previous big announcement was made on February 23rd when he had Adam Cole announce AEW’s reality show, All Access.
On Tuesday in a tweet, Khan hyped it as “one of our most important announcements ever in AEW tomorrow on TBS.”
To further promote the show, Khan spoke with Sports Illustrated, where he noted that he thinks the announcement will be pivotal to the company’s success.
“This is something I’ve dreamed of for years,” says Khan. “It’s a huge milestone for AEW, and I can’t wait to talk about it. There will be fans around the world who will be excited—it is one of the most important announcements ever in AEW.”
In addition to the big announcement, Khan has loaded up the card for the show with matches that include three title bouts such as Trios Champions The House of Black vs. Best Friends & Orange Cassidy and Tag Team Champions The Gunns vs. FTR with FTR’s AEW career on the line.
