It looks like one WWE Superstar has decided to leave Twitter amid rumors that they’re heading to All Elite Wrestling (AEW).
Dash Wilder of The Revival has apparently deleted his Twitter, as the @DashWilderWWE account now reads “This account doesn’t exist. Try searching for another.” There’s no news on why Wilder exactly decided to delete his account, but the timing is certainly interesting given the rumors that The Revival is heading to AEW in April.
The WWE and The Revival have not yet come to an agreement on a new deal, as they have reportedly declined extensions worth around $700,000 a year. Scott Dawson recently noted that the group isn’t worried about titles or money, but more so would like “creative control,” something not easily attained in WWE.
It will be interesting to see how the situation develops over the next several months. However, the most likely outcome is a departure for AEW given WWE doesn’t seem to put too much stock into its tag team division, while AEW makes it a feature part of its product.
