Dave Meltzer is reporting that, while this is not official, there is a good chance that AJ Styles will be starting with New Japan Pro Wrestling at the next pay-per-view titles Invasion Attack. The pay-per-view takes place on April 6 at Sumo Hall.
Styles is not booked for anything on that weekend even though he’s booked for every Saturday night over the next few months so it would make sense that he keeps those dates clear if he is coming in as a surprise for New Japan.
One other note on Styles is that he is on pace to make significantly more this year than he made last year with TNA since he’s in demand on the independent scene.
