ROH announces a new location for Death Before Dishonor PPV after COVID-19 concerns

Ring of Honor decided to take no chances when it comes to its next pay-per-view event as they’ve opted to move the location of its Death Before Dishonor PPV event from Florida after concerns over the recent spike in COVID-19 cases within the state.

ROH confirmed Tuesday they were moving the show out of Lakeland, Florida due to the surge in COVID-19 cases. On Wednesday, the promotion noted the show will take place from the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia on Sunday, September 12th.

ROH noted in their statement that “the safety, health, and well-being of our fans, talent, and staff remain our top priority.” Fans who bought tickets will receive a full refund within seven business days.

Ticket information for fans in Philadelphia will be announced soon. No matches have yet to be announced for the pay-per-view event. Ring of Honor holds the Glory by Honor events on August 20 & 21 at the same arena in Philadelphia.
