The IInspiration, Cassie Lee and Jess McKay, made their surprise return to TNA Wrestling at the Against All Odds premium live event. Formerly known as Peyton Royce and Billie Kay (The IIconics) in WWE, the duo are now officially back under contract with TNA.
Fightful Select reports that their deal “was done in the last couple of weeks,” and that the contracts are “under one year in length, with the option to mutually extend if all sides are happy.” Their return comes after TNA had been looking to bring in additional teams for their Knockouts division.
The report also shed light on their decision to come back to TNA, where they previously held the Knockouts World Tag Team Championship in 2021-2022. Sources told Fightful that “the regime changes [in TNA] in the past couple of years contributed to their decision to come back.”
