A Hall Of Famer Is Expected To Appear At TNA Slammiversary

TNA is reportedly bringing in one of its Hall of Fame members for a role at this weekend’s Slammiversary pay-per-view.

According to a report from PWInsider.com’s Mike Johnson, there is a creative pitch for a TNA Hall of Famer to be part of the event. No word on who this guest might be.

TNA’s current Hall of Fame honorees include Abyss, Kurt Angle, Team 3D, Ken Shamrock, Mickie James, Awesome Kong, Gail Kim, The Beautiful People, Mike Tenay, Raven, Rhino, Sting, Earl Hebner, and Traci Brooks. They are in the HOF alongside the late Bob Ryder and Don West.

ODB is set to go into the TNA Hall of Fame this October.

The announced Slammiversary card includes:

  • Mike Santana (c) vs. Nic Nemeth for the TNA World Championship, Nemeth’s Call Your Shot title match
  • Lei Ying Lee (c) vs. Xia Brookside for the TNA Knockouts World Championship
  • The System vs. The Hardys vs. The Righteous in a three-way ladder match for the TNA World Tag Team Championship
  • Cedric Alexander (c) vs. Leon Slater vs. Frankie Kazarian vs. Mr. Elegance vs. Fabian Aichner vs. KC Navarro vs. Amazing Red in an Ultimate X match for the TNA X Division Championship
  • The Elegance Brand (c) vs. Rosemary and Allie for the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship
  • Mustafa Ali (c) vs. TBA for the TNA International Championship in an open challenge
  • Eddie Edwards (with Alisha Edwards) vs. Moose
  • Eric Young vs. Ricky Sosa
  • A.J. Francis vs. Elijah

Slammiversary takes place Sunday, June 28 at the Agganis Arena in Boston, Massachusetts. The show airs live on pay-per-view and streams on TNA+.
