With January 1st hitting today, it marks the date that several TNA stars have had their contracts expire, making them free agents with the ability to re-sign with TNA or go to any promotion they wish.
The list of free agents most notably includes “Speedball” Mike Bailey. Fightful Select also notes the likes of Steph De Lander, Kushida, Aiden Prince, Bhupinder Gujjar, Jade Chung, and Trent Seven, among other talent who had contracts with TNA come due at the end of 2024.
Fightful Select first reported that Bailey’s contract expired on November 1 with the belief that he’s AEW-bound. He was at an AEW show in early 2024, visiting friends.
As of this writing, it’s unclear exactly when Bailey will make his AEW debut should he sign with AEW. De Lander is currently sidelined with an injury.
