AEW President Tony Khan announced this week that AEW Dynamite: Big Business will take place on Wednesday, March 5th, at the TD Garden in Boston, MA.
The show
Khan noted it will be a night that the entire wrestling industry will remember and it will be one of the most important nights in AEW history. It’s expected that Mercedes Mone will make her promotional debut at the show after reportedly signing with the promotion.
Boston is her hometown and would be the ideal place for her to debut, something AEW planned last year for the Blood & Guts-themed edition of Dynamite before she was sidelined with a broken ankle that needed to be surgically repaired.
After departing from WWE, she went to NJPW in January 2023, finding a ton of success as the IWGP Women’s Champion. Her most recent match was against Willow Nightingale at the NJPW Resurgence event.
