A babyface turn was teased tonight on AEW Dynamite.
Daniel Garcia and Bryan Danielson faced off in a 2 out of 3 falls match. Garcia won the first fall by putting Danielson to sleep.
Danielson got a quick pinfall to win the second fall and he won the final and third fall via submission. After the match, Danielson clapped for Garcia because of the effort he put in. As they were about to shake hands, Chris Jericho ran out and attacked Danielson. Garcia took issue with Jericho running down and the segment ended with Garica with a conflicted look on his face as fans chanted “you’re a wrestler at him.”
It appears that Garcia may be turning babyface and joining the Blackpool Combat Club and it looks like it will be Danielson vs. Jericho at All Out. If you missed the Garcia vs. Danielson match and you like pro wrestling then you should go back and watch this match. You should also watch the opening segment with CM Punk and Jon Moxley. After the commercial break, Jericho said that he wants Garcia to tell him next week where he stands. Ricky Steamboat then stepped in and said that Danielson would be a better mentor for Garcia.
