After Becky Lynch announced that she would not be showing up for tonight’s WWE Monday Night Raw, it sparked speculation as to whether this was a storyline or if there was something going on behind the scenes.
The former Raw Women’s Champion also removed any mention of WWE on Twitter.
A week ago on Monday Night Raw, Lynch and Trish Stratus dropped the Women’s Tag Team Titles to Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez. Post-match, Lynch was attacked by Stratus, who turned heel to set up their reported SummerSlam match.
The WRKD Wrestling Twitter account reported that Lynch is dealing with an injury, which is why she won’t be appearing on the show. The kerrmit 125 Reddit account first reported the news.
