Matt Riddle has been open about the rough 2022 that he had, but it looks like his personal life is turning around in 2023.
Riddle was on Corey Graves’ “After The Bell” podcast last October, where he admitted that his personal life was in shambles and it was a rough year, but his professional life had been great.
Riddle was written off WWE television on the December 5 episode of Raw after the Bloodline’s Solo Sikoa viciously attacked him. The attack angle resulted from Riddle failing a second drug test this year with the expectation that he would be going to rehab as he had previously violated WWE’s wellness policy over the summer.
An adult film star previously confirmed he went to rehab while also alleging that he cheated on her to do drugs with another woman. Riddle later issued a statement on going to rehab and abuse allegations.
Riddle is advertised for the February 13th edition of Monday Night Raw, although it’s unclear when Riddle will return to television.
Amid his absence from WWE TV, Riddle took to Twitter to upload a photo of himself and his family while eating at a restaurant.
So happy to be back with my family and to enjoy sushi with them. Hope everyone is having a great day #stallion #family #love pic.twitter.com/VLt2UtMYoN
