Police did a wellness check on Kevin Nash after troubling comments on his podcast

TMZ is reporting that police did a wellness check on Kevin Nash after his troubling comments on his podcast this week.

TMZ says that the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office in Florida reached out to the Hall Of Famer after he hinted that he may be suicidal. Nash reportedly told police that he had no intention to follow through on what he said on his podcast.

During the show, Nash talked about it being 12 weeks since the death of his son Tristen and it’s been rough because there is one less person in the house who he knows will never be back.

“Today is week 12 that I lost my boy,” Nash said on the Kliq This podcast. “Time flies when you got a gun in your mouth. I mean, time flies when you’re having fun.”

Sean Oliver told Nash that he should not joke around about things like that because he has guns in the house. Nash then responded, “I can do whatever the f**k I wanna do. Long as I leave a note.”

Best wishes to Nash as he continues to deal with the loss of his son.
