WWE has made some big money by bringing back the LWO (Latino World Order), and now the faction has been split up following the recent heel turn of Santos Escobar when he attacked Rey Mysterio, who is currently off television because he had to get knee surgery.
Following the attack angle, because Escobar felt Mysterio was favoring Carlito, there had been talk of Escobar getting some new associates for the feud as he previously turned on Joaquin Wilde, Cruz Del Toro, and Zelina Vega.
As previously reported, WWE had been considering Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo to be aligned with Escobar on the main roster after working in NXT.
Pwinsider reports Garza and Carrillo are expected to be at tonight’s SmackDown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Although not confirmed, it’s likely they will make their return to the main roster on this show.
Pwinsider also confirmed the previous report about how there had been some pitches for the team to get involved in the feud.
