Drew McIntyre has talked about wanting to bring back his old ‘Broken Dreams’ theme song that he used during his first run in WWE.
Days ahead of his scheduled bout against Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns at Clash at the Castle in the UK, McIntyre has teased bringing back the song.
He was given a different song when he returned to WWE in 2017. While speaking Quetzalli Bulnes on WWE Español’s “El Brunch de WWE,” McIntyre stated the song became popular among fans and sold as many as John Cena’s song online.
“I talk about the possibility of having it for a big match, so fingers crossed,” he teased, “[I am] always working to make things happen. I can promise people that.”
Reigns just surpassed the milestone of being the Universal Champion for two years on Tuesday. For spoiler news on WWE’s plans for Reigns at this upcoming show, click here.
