Welcome to our live coverage of WWE Friday Night Smackdown, which is emanating from The Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. Announced for tonight’s show, Ronda Rousey will receive her “final judgment” from Adam Pearce, Karrion Kross will make his in-ring Smackdown debut, Hit Row will take on Maximum Male Models, Butch will take in Ludwig Kaiser, The Viking Raiders will battle The New Day in a Vikings Rules match, and Roman Reigns will celebrate his two year anniversary as Undisputed WWE Universal champion.
Match 1: Viking Rules match: The Viking Raiders vs The New Day
– The match starts off with The New Day punching away at The Raiders in the corner, Xavier and Kofi then hits a doubleteam dropkick on Ivar, New Day then take out Erik as we go to commercial break.
*Commercial break*
– We are back from commercial as we see Ivar slam Xavier stomach first into the barricade, Ivar then hits a running crossbody on Xavier into the barricade, Erik then throws down Kofi with a side slam, Ivar then hits Kofi in the back with a kendostick, Xavier then hits a tornado DDT on Erik on the ship, Iver then hits a powerslam on Xavier from the second turnbuckle as we go to commercial break.
*Commercial break*
– We are back from commercial as we Xavier hit a baseball slide on Ivar, Erik then punches Xavier in the face, Kofi and Xavier then hit a droptoll hold on Erik into chairs, Kofi then hits a frog splash to the back of Ivar, Xavier then hits a diving elbow onto Erik, Erik and Ivar then send Xavier face first into the ship, The Raiders then hit the ragnarok on Xavier through a table from the ship to secure the pinfall victory.
Winners via pinfall: The Viking Raiders.
– Sami Zayn is dressed up, he presents pictures to The Usos that he printed out for Roman’s party.
Match 2: Karrion Kross vs Drew Gulak
-The match starts off with Karrion choking Gulak into the corner, Karrion then hits a big boot to the face of Drew, followed by a closeline in the corner and a side suplex, Karrion then locks in the Kross Jacket to secure the submission victory.
Winner via submission: Karrion Kross at 1:16.
– Ronda Rousey makes her entrance, Pearce says that nothing was ever personal, Ronda says thar Pearce getting her arrested was personal, Pearce says that he was just doing his job, Ronda then forces Pearce to read a note, the note states that Ronda’s arrest was unwarranted, Pearce reads off that Ronda’s suspension is over and she will continue competition immediately, Pearce says that if it was up to him, he would of fired Ronda, Ronda then tells Pearce to kiss her ass, Pearce then calls Ronda ungrateful, Pearce says that he doesn’t have a problem with the board of directors but a problem with Ronda, Pearce then calls Ronda the biggest bitch he’s ever met, Ronda then takes down Pearce, Ronda then teases locking In the armbar on Pearce but she let’s him go.
Match 3: Hit Row vs Maximum Male Models
– The match starts off with Adonis taking down Man.soor, Los Lotherios then attempt to interfere but B-Fab stops them, Ma.ce then lands a series of punches on Adonis in the corner, Man.soor then hits a dropkick on Adonis, Top Dolla then hits a high knee to the face of Man.soor, Dolla then hits a running corner splash on Man.soor, Adonis then pins Man.soor to secure the pinfall victory.
Winners via pinfall: Hit Row at 3:04.
– after the match, Los Lotherios attack Hit Row from behind, Ma.ce and Man.soor then join in, The Street Profits then make the save, Dolla then hits a shoulder tackle on Ma.ce and Man.soor.
Match 4: Shinsuke Nakamura vs Happy Corbin
– The match starts off with Corbin stomping away at Nakamura in the corner, Shinsuke then lands a series of kicks to the chest of Corbin, Shinsuke then hits a sidekick to the face of Corbin, Corbin then hits the deep six on Nakamura, Corbin then goes for a closeline but Shinsuke catches him with the Kinshasa to secure the pinfall victory.
Winner via pinfall: Shinsuke Nakamura.
– JBL is shown picking up Happy Corbin in his limo in the parking lot.
Match 5: Butch vs Ludwig Kaiser
– The match starts off with Butch taking down Kaiser with a series of punches, Butch then hits a closeline on Kaiser, Butch then catches Kaiser in midair with a forearm, Kaiser then catches Butch in midair with an uppercut as we go to commercial break.
*Commercial break*
-We are back from commercial as we see Butch and Kaiser exchange a series of forearms, Butch then kicks Kaiser on the side of the head, Butch then lands a series of clubbing blows to the back of Kaiser’s head, Butch then hits the bitter end on Kaiser to secure the pinfall victory.
Winner via pinfall: Butch
– After the match, Sheamus and Gunther stare each other down, both men then have to be separated by their groups.
– The Usos and Sami Zayn make their entrance, Jey says that for two whole years, Roman Reigns has dominated everybody, Jey then tells everyone to stand up to help introduce Roman Reigns, we see footage of Roman Reigns arriving, Roman gets out of his vehicle just to get hit by a claymore from Drew McIntyre, Drew then headbutts Sami on the ramp, The Usos then attempt to jump Drew but Drew takes them out, Drew then hits a dive over the top rope, taking out both Jimmy and Jey, Drew then throws a series of steel chairs into the ring, Zayn then hits Drew In the ribs with a chair, Drew then hits the claymore on Sami through a chair, Drew then suplexes Jimmy on top of the announce table, Drew then spears Jey through the barricade, Drew says that he will never stop, Drew says that The Bloodline is torn apart and God mode is deactivated, Drew says that Roman will be looking at the next champion in Cardiff.
