A third law firm announces investigation into WWE

Labaton Sucharow, a nationally ranked and award-winning shareholder rights law firm, announced today via a press release that they are investigating WWE for violations of the securities laws on behalf of WWE investors.

Shareholders who have suffered a loss have been asked if they want to participate in a class-action lawsuit and to contact the law firm.

Scott+Scott Attorneys at Law LLP announced last week they are investigating if WWE directors and officers breached their fiduciary duties in addition to wanting to hear from shareholders who suffered damages because of a possible breach. On Monday, the Schall Law Firm announced a similar investigation.

The firms have referred to the Wall Street Journal report from last week regarding Vince McMahon, who is being investigated by WWE’s board for making a $3 million settlement to a former employee over an alleged sexual relationship.

The board is also looking into the misconduct allegations against McMahon and John Laurinaitis.
