Big Title Match Is Not Planned For WWE Crown Jewel

WWE presents the Crown Jewel Premium Live Event on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and has already announced a few matches for it.

Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes vs. World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER and Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan vs. Women’s Champion Nia Jax are on tap. Both matches will be for the Crown Jewel Championships. As previously reported, the new titles would only be used in Saudi Arabia.

As far as the rest of the card goes, there won’t be one top match on it, as in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that Jey Uso defending the Intercontinental Title against Bron Breakker won’t be on the show.

Meltzer wrote, “On Raw, the two matches they were directly pushing were Seth Rollins vs. Bronson Reed and Jey Uso vs. Bron Breakker. At press time, neither were listed for this show but we were told Rollins vs. Reed was possible for the show, the term used being no right now but they suspect that will change, and Uso vs. Breakker has a different date scheduled right now.”

Ibou of WrestlePurists reports the match is planned for an upcoming episode of Raw in a few weeks.
