Brian Pillman, Jr. looking to get into professional wrestling

It looks like the Pillman name will live on in the wrestling business as Brian Pillman, Jr. has reached out to Lance Storm about training at Storm Wrestling Academy. Pillman, Jr. is 23 years old and resides in Edgewood, KY.

For you younger fans, Brian Pillman was ahead of his time and, at one point, was the hottest free agent in the wrestling business in 1996 with WCW, ECW and WWE all interested in signing him after he reinvented himself as the “Loose Cannon.” During a short time in 1996, he worked for WCW, ECW and ultimately signed with the World Wrestling Federation.

Unfortunately, his personal issues took a hold of his life and a humvee wreck destroyed his ankle and he was never the same in the ring. He tragically passed away at the age of 35 in 1997.
