The criminal charges against WWE Hall Of Famer “Superfly” Jimmy Snuka have been dropped by a Lehigh County judge, according to the Morning Call. As noted, Snuka was charged with third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter for the 1983 murder case involving the death of his girlfriend, Nancy Argentino. Judge Kelly L. Banach made the decision after viewing medical records of Snuka.
The medical records revealed that he had been diagnosed with terminal stomach cancer and he is not expected to live for more than six months. Snuka had been hospitalized recently from the complications from cancer. Due to his poor health, there was no way that he be could legally tried until his condition improved.
When more information regarding this case is released, we will update this post.
