Concerns about DX burying The OC at WWE Raw Reunion were addressed and overruled by management

On the latest X-Pac 12360, Sean Waltman and Scott Hall talked about their segment at Raw Reunion with The OC (AJ Styles, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson).

There was some criticism directed at WWE for how the segment was booked because the DX beatdown of The OC came across like the legends were burying their current talent.

Oh his show, Waltman asked Hall how he felt about the whole situation.

Hall said, “What people don’t realize is that everybody in that room was like ‘well geez, we’re kind of burying those guys.’ It was addressed and it was overruled.”

They also shared some backstage stories from backstage at Raw Reunion. Hall noted that WWE had a “Legends Lounge” set up backstage and it was fun to hear stories from other wrestlers.

Waltman noted that Ric Flair and Steve Austin held court after the show. Hall said that Flair looks at life differently these days since his major health scare and Flair knows that things could end for him at any time so he’s living life to the fullest.

Waltman noted how great Hall sounds and looks these days and Hall joked that he’s allergic to alcohol because he’ll break out in handcuffs. Hall also said that he didn’t drink after Raw Reunion because he can’t just drink a few so he just stays away.

Hall also talked about his recent guest training stint at the WWE Performance Center, their history on Raw, the NWO, meeting Matt Riddle and more.

Hall joins the show around the 19:00 mark.
