Here is what WWE is hyping for tonight’s SmackDown Live:
Last week, WWE Champion Kofi Kingston was confronted by Elias, Randy Orton and Samoa Joe. Tonight on SmackDown Live, Kingston plans to issue a challenge to someone for a match at SummerSlam. WWE is teasing that he could choose of the men who confronted him last week or he could choose someone else.
Shane McMahon plans on addressing Kevin Owens’ recent actions but, as noted earlier, Owens has a proposal for a match at SummerSlam. Owens has said that he is willing to quit if he loses to McMahon in Toronto.
Also announced for tonight: Ember Moon vs. Charlotte Flair as Moon gets ready to challenge Bayley for the Smackdown Women’s Championship at SummerSlam.
Also, Shawn Michaels will be on the show as a guest commentator.
WWE is also teasing that Daniel Bryan might make his “career-altering” announcement that “would shake SmackDown Live to its core.”
