Eric Bischoff Predicts Released WWE Star Will Be Back In The Company Within A Year

Eric Bischoff does not expect Bo Dallas to be away from WWE for long, predicting a return within six to twelve months while placing the blame for the Wyatt Sicks’ failure squarely on the presentation rather than the performers involved.

Speaking on 83 Weeks, Bischoff was asked about the release of the entire Wyatt Sicks faction and what he believes comes next for Dallas in particular.

“I think the presentation was a mess, not a cool idea. It was not only sameness, been there, it was less than that. That’s always the risky thing about trying to recreate something. It very seldom is as good as the original. And I think in this case that was the problem more than any. They had nothing to do with talent. Had everything to do with the presentation,” Bischoff said.

On Dallas specifically, Bischoff was optimistic about the future.

“I think it’s just a matter of, I’ll say in or just out, between six months to twelve months, he’ll be back. It’s just a matter of him back with, similar to what we’re talking about with Alistair. Okay, that didn’t work. Let’s go figure out something that will. And he can. He’s a smart kid. He’s been around the business his whole life. He’s surrounded by people that will be very supportive and will reach out to help him try to come up with a character that will help him get his foot back in the door. He’s young, he’s talented. He got saddled with a bad idea. All the intentions were right, but the idea wasn’t. And so we’re back to the drawing board. That’s the way I look at it,” Bischoff said.
