As we noted earlier, Enzo Amore may have already known by Monday night that he was about to get released from WWE. Amore deleted recent Instagram posts that referenced the 205 Live events from the weekend. At the very least, he may have just been upset with WWE’s decision to announce his suspension.
“Something To Wrestle With” host Conrad Thompson was backstage at the Barclays Center for Monday Night Raw and he says that Amore showed up with an interesting t-shirt. I don’t know if Amore wore the shirt because he was making light of his impending release or if the message on the shirt was just a coincidence and irony considering the recent news about his release.
Thompson wrote: “Enzo came to Barclays Center yesterday wearing a t-shirt with “today is the best day of my life” on the front and “can’t wait for tomorrow” on the back. #RAW25 #EnzoAmore”

For those of you that haven’t kept up with the story, Amore was released on Tuesday afternoon after rape allegations surfaced on Monday. The claim from the woman is that she was raped at a hotel party back in October in Phoenix. Police have been working on the case and a rape kit was administered. The last word from the Phoenix Police Department was that they were waiting on lab results.
