Regarding the report on AJ Styles making $2,500 for each independent show, that figure was actually for people AJ knows well. His regular asking price is $3,000 for the United States and Canada. His deal for Japan would be a contract deal. As noted before, AJ is likely to make more money than he would have under a TNA deal because he’s booked solid and he gets to keep all of his merchandise money and independent companies pay for travel and hotel.
In general, AJ is working in front of larger crowds than he did when he was in TNA.
